Restore the unlock
Open the app, tap Grown-ups, type the numbers it shows, and tap Restore purchase. Use the same Google account you bought it with.
Add, change or remove a player
Tap Grown-ups. Add a player is at the bottom of the list. Tap Edit next to a kid to change their name or grade, or to remove them.
A question looks wrong
On the screen where you pick a game, tap Report a question. It opens an email to us with the details already filled in, and a grown-up can send it.
Moving to a new phone
Restore purchase brings the unlock back on the new phone. Progress stays on the old one, so it doesn't move over.
Refunds
Google Play handles refunds for anything bought there. Start from your order history in the Play Store, or email us and we will help.
