Delete Your Account

1. Open StudyQuest360 and sign in.
2. Open your profile. On a phone, tap your avatar at the top of the screen. On a computer, it is the panel down the left side.
3. At the bottom, next to Sign Out, tap Delete Account.
4. Type DELETE when it asks, and confirm. The account is gone as soon as that screen closes.

If you cannot sign in, email pettigrewlabllc@gmail.com from the address on the account and ask us to delete it. We will confirm it is you, then do it by hand.

Everything tied to the account, including:

• Your profile: name, avatar, grade level, interests, and sign-in identity.
• Every quest and trial, including their answers, scores, and completion history.
• Study history, time logs, competency records, school years, courses, and grades.
• Earned scrolls, game sessions, and saved answer banks.
• Links between a guardian account and a student account, in both directions.
• For a guardian: guardian settings, and any child profiles managed inside the account, with all of their schoolwork.

Your sign-in with Google is removed at the same time. Signing in again afterward starts a brand new account with nothing in it.

Deleting a guardian account removes that guardian's profile and settings, plus any child profiles managed inside it and all of their schoolwork. It does not touch a linked student who signs in on their own. That student keeps their account and their work, and can delete it themselves whenever they want. Either way, the link between the two accounts goes away.

• Payment records. If you ever subscribed, our payment processor keeps the transaction record for seven years, because tax and accounting rules require it. Those records hold an amount, a date and a customer reference. They do not hold any schoolwork.
• Database backups. Copies roll off on their own within 30 days. Nothing reads from them in normal use, and no deleted account is restored from one.
• Server logs. Error and request logs can mention an account identifier for up to 30 days, then they are dropped.
