StudyQuest360 collects minimal information to provide our service. This includes your name and email address provided via Google Login, and the homework assignments you enter into the system. For students, we also track game scores and study progress to help you learn. Students also get a weekly summary email about their own assignments, sent to the address they signed in with. You can turn it off in the app, or from the link at the bottom of any summary.

Your data is used exclusively to power the StudyQuest360 experience. We use AI to help generate study guides and scrolls based on your assignments. We do not sell your data to third parties. Parents can see their linked students' progress to help support their learning journey.

We use industry-standard security measures provided by Google Firebase to protect your information. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is strictly controlled via secure authentication and database rules.

You can delete your account and everything in it from inside the app, under your profile, next to Sign Out. It is permanent and there is no undo. That removes your profile, every quest and trial with its answers and scores, study history, time logs, competency records, school years, courses, grades, scrolls, game sessions, answer banks, and the link between a guardian and a student account. A guardian's own child profiles go with it, along with all of their schoolwork. A student who signs in on their own keeps their account either way. Three things outlive the deletion, and none of them hold schoolwork. If you ever subscribed, our payment processor keeps the transaction record for seven years because tax and accounting rules require it; it holds an amount, a date and a customer reference. Database backups roll off on their own within 30 days and are never used to restore a deleted account. Error and request logs can mention an account identifier for up to 30 days.

StudyQuest360 is designed for students. We require a parent to link with a student account to ensure a safe and supervised learning environment. We comply with COPPA guidelines and prioritize the safety of our younger users.
