Need help?

We're a small team, so support is a real person reading a real email - not a ticket queue. Tell us what's going on and we'll get back to you as soon as we can, usually the same day.

Email Support

pettigrewlabllc@gmail.com

Include the device and browser if something is broken, and the student's first name if the question is about a specific account. That is usually enough for us to find it without a back-and-forth. Billing questions, deletion requests, and "my kid lost their progress" are the three we see most, and all three are quick to fix. We reply from this same address, so add it to your contacts if your inbox tends to bury mail from small senders.

Before you email: the fixes that usually work

A page will not load, or a game sits on a spinner

Refresh once. If it is still stuck, try a different browser on the same device; a browser extension that blocks scripts will stop the games from starting. On a phone, close the tab fully and reopen it. If none of that moves it, email us the device, the browser, and which game or scroll, and we can usually see what happened.

The parent login opens and then goes nowhere

Sign-in is Google Sign-In in a popup. If the popup was blocked, allow popups for studyquest360.com and try again. If you signed in on the wrong Google account, sign out of that account and use the one you created the parent account with.

The site is blocked at school

That is the school network, not us, and there is nothing to change on our end. On a phone, add StudyQuest360 to the home screen and it opens like an app over the phone's own connection, with an Add Homework shortcut so tonight's assignment goes in the moment it is assigned.

Getting guest progress onto a linked account

Guest progress lives on the device and browser it was played on, because a guest has no account to store it under. So the link has to happen there.

On that same device and browser, sign in as the parent, open the dashboard, and link the guest session to your student's profile. XP, streaks, and Keys transfer once it's linked. If the student played on two devices, only the one you link from carries over; pick the one with the progress that matters.

If the browser's site data was cleared in between, the guest session is gone and there is nothing for us to recover. That is the one case an email can't fix, and it's why we suggest linking early once a kid has decided they like it.

Billing, in order

  1. 1You subscribe from the parent account. Premium starts right away and bills monthly on that day.
  2. 2Cancel from your account settings any time. It takes effect immediately, the account drops to the free plan, and nothing earned is deleted.
  3. 3Want a refund? Email us before or shortly after a charge and we will make it right. No form, no waiting period.

What's free and what Premium adds is on the pricing page.

Deleting an account

You can do it yourself from inside the app, under your profile. It removes the account and everything tied to it: linked student profiles, assignments, study history, and any school years, hours, and grades. If you can't sign in, email us from the address on the parent account and we'll do it by hand.

If you homeschool and have been logging records here, print or save the transcript first. Once the account is gone we cannot rebuild it. Exactly what goes, and the few records we're required to keep, is spelled out on the account deletion page. What we collect in the first place is on the safety and data page.

Common questions

How do I cancel Premium?

From your account settings once you're signed in. It takes effect immediately - your student keeps guest-tier access to the games and Oracle afterward.

My kid's guest progress didn't carry over after I made an account.

Link the guest session from the parent dashboard using the same device/browser it was played on - progress transfers automatically once linked.

A scroll or game seems stuck loading.

Usually a connection hiccup - refresh the page. If it keeps happening, email us with the device and browser you're using.

Can I get a refund?

Email us and we'll take care of it - reach out before or shortly after a charge and we'll make it right.

How do I delete our account and data?

From your profile inside the app. That removes the account and everything tied to it, including linked student profiles, records, and study history. If you can't sign in, email us from the parent account's address and we'll do it by hand. Print or save a transcript first if you want a copy.

Why won't the site load on the school network?

Some school networks block it, along with most sites that are not on their list. There is nothing we can change on our end. On a phone, add StudyQuest360 to the home screen and it opens like an app over the phone's own connection.

When am I charged, and when does cancelling take effect?

Premium bills monthly on the day you subscribed. Cancelling takes effect right away: the account drops to the free plan, keeps everything earned, and is not billed again. Refunds are one email.

How fast do you reply?

Usually the same day, often within a few hours. It is a small team reading a real inbox, so evenings and weekends can be slower. Include the device and browser if something is broken and we can usually skip the back-and-forth.
