Guest play collects nothing about your kid
No name, no email, no birthdate, nothing personally identifying. A random session ID is stored on the device to keep score across a play session, and that's it. A parent never has to hand over any information just so a kid can try it.
A linked account is created and controlled by you
Only a parent or guardian can create a signed-in account, using Google Sign-In. That account is what stores real assignments, study history, and progress - and it's linked to the student's profile, not the other way around. A student can't create their own account and start collecting data unsupervised.
The AI Oracle stays in its lane
The Oracle is built for contextual explanations - re-explaining a concept your kid is stuck on using something they're interested in. It isn't an open, unmoderated chatbot, and it isn't designed to just hand over homework answers.
You control when the games are available
Parents can set school-hours lockouts so the Arena games stay closed during the day. That control lives on the parent account - a student can't turn it off from their own side.
Encrypted, and never sold
All account data is stored in Google Firebase, encrypted in transit and at rest. We do not sell student or parent data to third parties, and we comply with COPPA for any account tied to a child.
Deletion is one email away
A parent can request full deletion of an account and everything tied to it at any time. No retention period to wait out, no separate form to hunt down.

Is StudyQuest360 safe for my kid?
Guest play collects nothing about your kid. No name, no email, no birthdate. A signed-in account can only be created by a parent or guardian, and you control it. The Oracle explains schoolwork and isn't an open chatbot your kid can wander off in.
Do you sell my kid's data?

Can my kid sign up without me knowing?
No. Only a parent or guardian can create a signed-in account, and the student profile hangs off that account rather than standing on its own. A kid can play as a guest with no sign-up, but guest play doesn't collect anything to begin with.
Does the AI just do my kid's homework for them?
That isn't what it's built for. The Oracle re-explains a concept using something your kid already cares about, so they get why the answer works. It is not designed to hand over finished answers.
